BEVERLY FAIRWEATHER (ROBINSON) JONES passed from this life into the loving arms of her Savior on January 31, 2021, surrounded by her family. Beverly was born in Little Rock, AR to James Edward Fairweather and Marguerite Alma (Barker) Fairweather.
She was an active member of the shag dancing community in Myrtle Beach, SC and in Richmond, VA, where she and her husband taught shag for more than 20 years. She was also an active member of Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church and her love for God touched many.
As the family historian, she worked diligently to build and hold on to her family’s legacy. Her spirit, energy, and wisdom will be missed by many.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Earl Robinson; two daughters, Shannon (Jones) Carter and husband Bobby Carter; Kelly (Jones) Eanes and husband Mark Eanes both of Roanoke, VA; three grandchildren, Ryan Wiseman and wife Claire of CO; Tyler Wiseman of VA; and Emily Eanes of VA; a brother, James E. Fairweather, Jr. of TX and family; brother-in-law Dicky Robinson and his wife Jinx Robinson; two step daughters, Debbie Calder and Robin Klein both of VA. Lastly, she leaves many
special friends that were such a blessing in her life. She was preceded in death by her mother Margueritte, her father James, and a daughter, Lisa Stanton.
A celebration of life service will be held in late spring to early summer. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Shag Hall of Fame Foundation, North Myrtle Beach would be appreciated.

MAUREEN ELLEN GOODSON BLEDSOE, age 76, of Little Rock, AR passed away March, 1st, 2021. She graduated from Central High School in 1962 and received her Bachelor of Science (Education), in 1966 from Henderson University, Arkadelphia, AR. She began her professional life as a high school teacher and later worked as a supply clerk for the Veterans Administration until her retirement in 2001.
Preceded in death by her parents Maklin and Marcleet Goodson, and her brother, Mark Goodson, she is survived by her son, Beau Bledsoe and his wife, Zhanna and their two children, Aidan and Maya; nieces and nephews and her dear life-long friend Magaret E Wyatt.
Maureen was an avid lover of the arts and a frequent director of youth choirs within the Methodist church system. She maintained a lifelong passion for history and biography that was reflected in her immense library and personal knowledge.
The family wishes to thank her doctors at St Vincent and care-givers from Senior Serving Seniors and the Jacksonville Senior Center. If
